To test Gutenberg, go to the back end, click the Gutenberg tab, and start typing. There’s a full rundown of how to test the new feature, and two different forms to use for filling out feedback at the official testing site.
In addition (or alternatively) I encourage everyone who tests Gutenberg to publish an article on it and share it with the world using the hashtags #Gutenberg and #WordPress.
